Outbound shipping services
We use UPS® 2nd Day Air service to return your orthotic orders. Orders can be returned via USPS Priority Mail if preferred. Every effort will be made to ship multiple orders together, to control shipping costs.
All positive casts will be returned UPS® Ground.

Inbound shipping services
Upon request, we will provide Pre-paid USPS labels, packaging boxes or UPS® air bills.

Order Preparation
1. Complete the appropriate prescription order form, including all doctor, patient and device information. An incomplete order form may result in a delay in your order processing.

2. Mark, with indelible pencil, any accommodation areas on the negative cast. Mark cast clearly with doctor and patient's name.

3. After casts are thoroughly dry, package in a strong box with crushed paper or equivalent packing both inside and around the casts to prevent crushing or flattening.
